Is Golf Including With the Purchase of a Home in Bonita Bay? Is it a Bundled Community?

How Many Golf Courses Does Bonita Bay Have?

Bonita Bay has five 18 hole golf courses. Marsh, Creekside and Bay Island are all located on-site while Cypress and Sabel are located in North Naples off of Immokolee Rd and are referred to as Bonita Bay East. 

How Many Golf Members Does Bonita Bay Have?

Bonita Bay has 1,250 golf members which averages out to only 250 members per 18 hole course.

What Amenities Are Included With the Purchase of a Bonita Bay Home or Condo?

The well-shaded walking and biking paths are about 12 miles long and are included as are the parks which include Spring Creek Park, Estero Bay Park, Riverwalk Park and the Beach Park. The Beach Park is located off-site and is about a 10-minute drive from the south gate. Although pickleball and tennis at the primary courts are not included (sports membership required) there are recently renovated tennis & pickleball courts that are included in the River Park off of Riverwalk Way on the south end of the community. Riverwalk Park also offers upscale bocce ball courts, 1/2 court basketball, a boat ramp, kayak storage, playground and picnic areas all of which are included with the purchase of a Bonita Bay Home or Condo. Does Bonita Bay Have a Marina?

Yes, the semi-private Bonita Bay Marina is located on-site and is owned by a group of Bonita Bay residents. It has a capacity of 400 boats and is located on the Imperial River which is a short ride to Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. 

Is Backwater Jacks a Private Restaurant?

No, although Backwater Jacks is owned by a group of Bonita Bay residents it is open to the public! They do have limited hours so be sure to click Backwater Jacks to learn more.
