Nevis Condos at Cove Towers

Nevis, located in north Naples, is one of five highrise condominium towers in the Cove Towers Development. A sought-after feature of Nevis is that it is one of two towers that includes membership to the onsite Calypso Club. Nevis is conveniently located directly next door to the Calypso Club. See details below. There are 4 condos per floor in Nevis with exception of the lower three floors (parking and lobby) and the 18th floor which consists of two generously sized penthouse condos. Nevis is orientated to the southwest and northeast and since each unit is a "through unit" they each offer windows with both exposures. The corner units (01s and 04s) have exposure on three sides lending itself to 270-degree views. Depending on what floor you are on the views include the Gulf of Mexico, mangroves, Wiggins Bay and the Cocohatchee River.
