The Tiki Bar offers poolside service as well as a fun and relaxed bar area and is a great place to refresh with a delicious cocktail. Come here for Friday night happy hour and socialize with your neighbors! Sandbar is an indoor/outdoor bar with a convivial ambiance. Enjoy casual outdoor dining on the Terrace, or indoors in a pleasant, coastal-contemporary atmosphere in the Royal Palm Room. 

Amenities Available to All Residents of The Dunes

Updated in 2019, the amenities center at The Club atThe Dunes includes a resort-style pool with firepit tables and a lounge area. The Wellness Center even has some stationary bikes placed outside overlooking the pool! The expertly-staffed Wellness Center also offers in-person and online fitness classes which are complementary to members. In addition, there are rooms available for massage or physical therapy. The Tennis Center features a pro shop and offers individual lessons, group clinics for all skill levels, and even drop-in clinics!

How big are condos in the Dunes? 

Most condos in the Dunes are between 1,893 and 3,728 square feet and offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 

Do the condos in the Dunes have good views?

Most units have spectacular views of Turkey Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and Wiggins Pass Beach. I've been in the Dunes highrise buildings several times and the southwest-facing corner units arguably have the best views of all.

Do Dunes condos come with a beach club membership to the Floridian Club? 

Some of the units in the Grand Preserve buildings offer membership to the Floridian Club. When this is the case, it is the buyer's option if they want to take or leave the beach club membership. There are additional expenses involved. 

What is included in the HOA fees for condos in The Dunes?

The amenities such as the clubhouse, beach access, billiards, pool, spa, exercise room, sauna, and tennis are all included. Cable, internet, exterior maintenance, and scavenger are also included. The Grande Preserve buildings include concierge services. The Floridian Club is not included and is only available to some of the units in the Grand Preserve buildings. 

Is there a food and beverage minimum?

Yes, there is a $1,000 food and beverage minimum at the Dunes of Naples.

The Dunes is located in North Naples at the intersection of Bluebill Ave and Vanderbilt Drive. The entrance is located off of Vanderbilt Drive just North of Bluebill Ave.
