Updated in 2019, the amenities center at The Club atThe Dunes includes a resort-style pool with firepit tables and a lounge area. The Wellness Center even has some stationary bikes placed outside overlooking the pool! The expertly-staffed Wellness Center also offers in-person and online fitness classes which are complementary to members. In addition, there are rooms available for massage or physical therapy. The Tennis Center features a pro shop and offers individual lessons, group clinics for all skill levels, and even drop-in clinics!

Most condos in the Dunes are between 1,893 and 3,728 square feet and offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Do the condos in the Dunes have good views?
Most units have spectacular views of Turkey Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and Wiggins Pass Beach. I've been in the Dunes highrise buildings several times and the southwest-facing corner units arguably have the best views of all.
Do Dunes condos come with a beach club membership to the Floridian Club?
Some of the units in the Grand Preserve buildings offer membership to the Floridian Club. When this is the case, it is the buyer's option if they want to take or leave the beach club membership. There are additional expenses involved.
What is included in the HOA fees for condos in The Dunes?
The amenities such as the clubhouse, beach access, billiards, pool, spa, exercise room, sauna, and tennis are all included. Cable, internet, exterior maintenance, and scavenger are also included. The Grande Preserve buildings include concierge services. The Floridian Club is not included and is only available to some of the units in the Grand Preserve buildings.
