What differentiates the Grande Preserve at the Dunes from the rest of The Dunes is that many of the condos here are eligible for membership to the Floridian Club which is a private beach club located about 2 miles south of The Dunes in Vanderbilt Beach. There is a shuttle service that comes twice every hour in season to each of the four towers to take folks to the private beach club.
