Isles of Capri is a boaters haven. In fact, if you're not a boater this area probably isn't for you.  Some of the lots are on canals while others are on the bay.  The bay-front lots allow you to have large boats docked in deeper water which is desirable to many boat owners. There are no bridges to navigate when making your way to the Gulf of Mexico which is only 1 minute or 2 from most locations. The single-family homes are not in an hoa, so the only rental restrictions are Collier County and the state of Florida. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance of all residences. Blue Heron is the more formal of the 3 restaurants and the Capri Fish House and Pelican Bend are more casual and both offer outdoor tiki bars. The Isles of Capri Paddle Craft Park is also a desirable amenity; you will notice it on the right hand side of the road as you first arrive in Isles of Capri. 

Where is Isles of Capri?

Isles of Capri is located south of Olde Naples and just to the north of Marco Island. As you head towards Marco Island on Collier Blvd turn right on Capri Blvd which is 1 stop light past Hammock Bay.
