Naples Continental also known as Naples Continental Club is one of the most popular condo buildings in the Moorings. One of the reasons for its popularity is the absolutely spectacular Gulf Of Mexico views from each unit. Another reason is the views from the pool area are vast, wide, and unobstructed. The pool area offers a covered area with grills and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, all essentially located on the sand. The recent renovations are so sharp you would never guess you were in a 1970's building. Adding to Naples Continental's popularity is the fact it has the most lenient rental policy of any condo building in the Moorings, as they allow up to twelve 30-day leases per year. Naples continental was originally going to be a hotel, but so many people expressed interest in purchasing individual units the developer changed plans and made it a condominium building. Over the years, I have noticed all the buildings have their own vibe and personality. When you tour the Naples Continental you will be pleasantly surprised by what a positive, upscale, and laid-back ambiance it offers.
