The C stack is the most desired as these units offer direct western and southern exposure. The D stack is the 2nd most desirable as it has direct western and northern views, while the B stack has some direct western views with mostly southern exposure. The A stack has northwest, north, and northeast exposure. After Hurricane Irma in 2017, Park Shore Tower went through major renovations which included a new roof, hurricane windows, and upgraded common areas.
