Crown Colony in Pelican Bay is comprised of 3 highrise condominium towers known as St Marissa, St Kitts and Cap Ferrat, as well as a lowrise condo development known as the Cannes. There are two factors that make Crown Colony desirable. The first is the fact that most Pelican Bay Highrises are not gated, but Crown Colony is gated and guarded. The 2nd factor that makes Crown Colony desirable is that it is in Pelican Bay, and therefore has access to the Pelican Bay Beach Club as well as all of Pelican Bay's spectacular amenities. The Crown Colony buildings are located very close to tram station #5 for easy beach access and are also located just to the north of The Commons which is the central hub for the Pelican Bay amenities.
