Jamestown at Pelican Bay is a gated, ultra-exclusive enclave of just ten single-family homes located towards the northern end of Pelican Bay. There are some waterfront locations here as there is a charming neighborhood lake offering very pleasant views. Homes here were built from 1991-1996 and are between 4,139 and 6,690 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5 to 6.5 bathrooms. There are no condos in Jamestown.

Historically Jamestown has not been considered flood zone as it is located on higher ground within Pelican Bay. With that said, Fema updates its flood maps periodically so feel free to reach out to me for an update to double check.
