St Tropez Condos at Pelican Bay

St Tropez was developed by Gulf Bay and completed in 1988. The common areas have recently been updated, and I can tell you from first-hand experience they look great! The exterior of the building was painted in 2019 or 2020, and as you can see in the picture it's no longer yellow. St Tropez is on the south end of Pelican Bay and has awesome views of Outer Clam Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.
