The Commons Club is headquartered in the Brooks between Copperleaf and Shadow Wood on the north side of Coconut Rd. It features a private restaurant known as The Rookery, pickleball courts, spa, fitness center, enrichment center, walking & biking paths, a fishing pier, and 1/2 court basketball and the beach club.

What is the beach club like at The Commons Club?

The Commons Club Beach Club is located between Bonita Beach and Lovers Key. It features a snack bar, cabanas, umbrellas & beach chairs, kayaks, paddleboards and bocce to name a few things. Members enjoy coming to the beach empty-handed and having all the conveniences at the beach just waiting for them. 

How Many Members Belong to The Beach Club at The Commons Club?

The Commons Club limits Gold Memberships to 1,575 members. You have to be a Gold Member to belong to the beach club.

What's the Story with The Rookery in The Commons Club?

The Rookery is a private restaurant open to all members of The Commons Club. The Rookery was updated in 2017 (prior to this it was called Rosie’s) and has a full-service patio overlooking scenic waterways and hundreds of roosting shorebirds.  As the social hub of The Commons Club, members come to The Rookery to enjoy live music on Tuesday nights for “Rockin’ the Rook,” Wednesday poker tournaments, and monthly lobster nights.

Open to members with Silver memberships and above, the state-of-the-art fitness center has all the equipment and personal instruction you need to help you reach your health and fitness goals.  In addition, members are welcome to join in outdoor yoga and meditation groups on The Commons Club’s stunning grounds!
