Navona was developed by WCI and completed in 2006. It is the first highrise condo building on the right as you drive through the gated entrance of The Colony. There are five units per floor ranging in size from 1,570 to 2,091 square feet. The middle and upper units have fantastic views of the golf course, Estero Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. The lower floors have very decent views of the golf course, mangroves, and, depending on the floor the unit is located on, some can see Estero Bay.
