Ritz-Carlton Residences in Naples is a spectacular new luxury condominium development in the Vanderbilt Beach neighborhood. There wil be a total of four buildings two of which will be known as The Tower Residences and the other two as The Bay Residences. The Tower Residences will be 12 stories and The Bay Residences 5 stories. Although not owned by the Ritz, the level of concierge services will be the same as staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. •The Bay Residences are between 3,057 and 3,089 sqft. There are four condos per floor and no penthouses here.
