What is Wyndemere's Golf Course Like?
The fairways are somewhat generous with water coming into play on several holes. Many of the greens are elevated and relatively fast-paced but hold well-struck approach shots nicely. Unlike the average Florida golf course which is typically flat, there are some nice elevation changes at Wyndemere. Also notable are the mature trees which are good and bad as they do come into play, but also provide beauty, shade, and filtered sun. Overall, Wyndemere is very much a top-notch facility with an above-average Naples location. Keep an eye out for Fox Squirrels which have a population here. They are much larger than the average tree squirrel and seem intrigued by unattended golf balls. (although they seem to know not to move your ball).
